The colour is adorable, the taste is delicious, the nutrition is on point. You get all the vitamin C you need for the day in this smoothie, and a good chunk of fibre too. 2 apples 2 frozen bananas 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries 1 cup pineapple 2-3 cups filtered water 1/4 cup soaked walnuts Blend it all up! YUM.
