Mint Vanilla Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

Delicious, a beautiful colour and perfect for summer thanks to the mint leaves. Plus you get some extra hydrating properties from the cucumber! Blueberries, like most fruits, are full of anti-oxidants that help fight free radicals;​​​​​​​​ and bananas are great for fibre and digestion. 
2 bananas
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup chopped cucumber
1 cup ice 
1-2 cups almond milk, as desired
1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
Handful mint leaves
Blueberry mint recipe
Blend it all up and enjoy!
